Limited mitochondria function or reduced mitochondria reproduction can be an underlying cause of many dysfunctions in the body. The importance of mitochondria and its reproduction is often overlooked by many professionals.
In explanation, we will use the analogy of mitochondria (the bodies energy producer’) – as being the same as that of a torchlight battery. As the battery’s energy is used, the torchlight becomes dimmer and slowly reduces the strength of the light emission. The torch still operates, even with the reduced battery energy, however, the torch produces lower light luminance and over time the light slowly fades away to nothing.
This can be the case with the body’s cellular energy, which is produced through the mitochondria.
When our own mitochondria are stressed our cellular energy, endurance, and recovery, is also impeded. Therefore low mitochondria production is thought to be the root cause of at least 70% of the body’s dysfunctionality. This is because when our cellular energy is not recharged, as with the light torch battery, our cellular systems slow down.
Our body use a recharging system named ‘mitophagy’ in order to reproduce mitochondria.
If the ‘recharging mitophagy’ is impacted then our body’s systems can develop ‘mitochondria heteroplasmy’. This is reflected in gene expression. When we suffer from heteroplasmy our mitochondria have poor energy production and leaves the system susceptible to degenerative disease.
While the Cell Wellbeing report is none diagnostic, it could possibly highlight various underlying areas that may impact mitochondria production such as:
EMF ELF, reduce the production of mitophagy and artificial light from electronic devices also reduces mitochondria activity in the brain.
Radiation slows down the production of mitophagy.
Sleep deficiency. The circadian rhythm directs proteins and peptides through the trillions of cells and the mitochondria.
Musculoskeletal. Exercise is essential for the stimulation of mitophagy, which is the production of new mitochondria.
Oxidative Stress and Hydration.
In our opinion, the best water to drink is structured re-energised water
(Editor’s Note: also please review the best hydrated and energized water solution for the Body is with Redox Signalling Molecules)
Chemicals and Toxins limit mitochondria and reduce the production of mitophagy.
Mitochondria production also relies on nutrients such as:
CoQ10, Omega 3 (DHA), Vitamin D3 – sunlight is best.
Magnesium creates energy producing enzymes for mitochondria.
Antioxidants vitamin C and zinc.
Vitamin B12 and Folic acids
Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMF’s)
Electro-Sensitivity is a new and alarming feature of life.
